A cuppa, anyone?
Profile

They call me Em. Or M.

Love like you've never loved before; don't hold back. Always love a cappuccino with toast and some newspapers. Enjoy the quiet mornings. Oh and hang on tight to those heartstrings - they are all that matters! Most importantly: LOVE GOD, love people.

Let's be the salt and light of the earth

rewind

Unrelated to the previous post

Just saw some writing which professes intense obsession and infatuation to the point of self-indulgence which makes me really sick=.=

bloop bloop bloop

Its odd there seemingly is respite and reflection admist the trying times as these where most of us are grinding through the tedium brought about by our undying sense of duty to the likes of our parents or to our ever unattainable expectations, that we consequently press on Our efforts spanning across space across time

Well to me, that is. Someone said it was too early to pause to contemplate all of our past up to this very moment Well technically I didn't pause can't help if tiny thoughts pop in between my eyes

The only person I knew so far; This earthly voyage leaves its mark Etched on her face
Or The trivial, yet heartwarming efforts of an old friend.. So warm and embracing
and The genuineness people pay with their words and smiles
I want to give more more more!

As steadfast as resolute as you think you are the physical mechanics operate otherwise
Taken through the act unwittingly mechanics running fine, Hence Rolled into routine time and time again

Click

Unmoving as the world goes round in its whirl of color and synthetic merriment

I do feel subtlety and implication does less harm than confrontation

Not a surprise I find it easy to drift off in those conversations for reasons too obscure. Why didn't I sense a genuine need to smile/amused by the topic of interest? Plain politeness and obligation.

or it's just you..

And I don't like pushy people.

Hmmm

Really touched to have received that call from Australia.. Thankful for a sister in Christ like jojo(:

There's hardly reason to doubt any friend who's so sincere Like schermz said makes people want to ask about them I'm grateful to have people to be concerned about however trivial matters are

Had an enjoyable morning Takes the dreariness out of our obligations with a change of environment and in the presence of a good friend

Yum
Bestest dinner at Tao's Restaurant ytd heehee in great company (:
Strawberry sorbet

wheehee
# 1 Bacon and Cheese Gratin and bread (awesome)
#2 Salads - tlr's Prawn roll with Pork floss and pineapple sauce (recommendation) to cry for and to die for despite the portion and hence disappeared real fast

Klock's and my Smoked Salmon Salad once again packs a punch in those 4 slices of smooth, smoky salmon

#3 Mushroom..something something side dish. hmmm black pepper sauce ahaaa (:

#4 Tea - Iced tropical grapefruit tea, rose and apple tea and one other tea cant rmb. Immensely fascinated with the pots of tea and cups which made me feel dainty and then horrified at my ignorance hahhh

#5 soup - Fish Consomme. Drank soup like tea Confused lol. hahah was a clear soup, clearly fishy and very salty

#6 Main course - he's having Roasted Steak (I know, how self-explainatory) Think he's super mysterious and charming issit! Pork Back Ribs (recommendation) Very tender but the exterior could be harder I feel

#7- Dessert Creme Brule Something other than Tiramisu for me this time.. Smooth! tlr and klock had Brownie with Ice Cream (totally unflattering names for dishes hahah) BUT the brownie owns!!
Happy stomachs
Havent enjoyed myself so much in such a long time.. hardly get together and hardly get tlr to wear decent clothes! =.= hahah great job tlr you'll need such good recommendations in the future grins
